Resolution should be set to 300 DPI. Images pulled from the web are often only 72–96 DPI and will appear pixelated when printed. Also save photos in CMYK color mode when possible — RGB images may not print correctly.

Monitors use the RGB color model, which supports a wider spectrum than the CMYK model used by printers. CMYK generally matches 85–90% of RGB colors. When an RGB color falls outside CMYK's range, the printer substitutes the closest available color.

PDF is the preferred format for print-ready files. We also accept AI and InDesign files. Files should be 300 DPI with proper bleed and crop marks. Unsure? Email us at support@pubplus.net before ordering.

Simple jobs are often completed in less than an hour. Larger or more complex jobs may take several days depending on complexity and quantity. We always provide an accurate turnaround estimate and will work with you to hit your deadline.
